So I bought this watch....

It was a bargain and I fell in love with the dial. It has a handwound movement and still keeps good time. I know little about cyma except they they're now Chinese owned.

Anyone know much about them, the age of the watch or what causes the dial to do this?

I want to say this is between late 50s to late 60s. Manual wind? How's it running? I actually like the dial, it has character.

Yep - it runs totally fine. Gains slightly but not significantly and the reserve is over 24hours. I'm glad you think so too - i feel it could be plain without it!

Andy lau is the face of cyma

*googles Andy Lau.

the movement is the same as another cyma I bought, pictures are from the seller also:
