First Panerai Rep

I just received my first Panerai rep from Joshua a couple of days ago. It is the 126 model. I like the Rolex reps the best but this is a tank of a watch, very interesting, nice finish and I like the power reserve dial on the face. The see-through back is cool.

It is my favourite complication: I have a 027, a 028 and a 090.

I opted for a 090 rather than a 124/126 so far, just because I think that a black backround enhances the readability of the small seconds subdial. But I also have to admit that, on the 124 and 126, the absence of those individual minute markers all around the border of the dial gives the watch a much more elegant overall look, more 104-style.

Just, next time, go for 44 mm!

I got a 050 as my first rep, but I soon found that 44mm PAMs are very confortable even on my small wrist.
