111N V3 Lume @ 50% Darkness

Hey I was wondering if it was normal for the Lume on the hands to be
different than the dial Lume in a dim setting (not completely dark).
when it's 100% dark in a room the Lume seems even but that's the only
time.

and also because it's a sandwich dial....but the lume is even, don't worry

test it with sun or torch lamp about 5 minutes you'll see the real lume
