Aligning Hour/minute Hands On Pams

My hour hand is at 12 while the minute hand is still on 11:40. Is there is any secret or trick to aligning the hour and minute hands on a Panerai rep. Once the movement is out of dial do I need to remove the hands and put them back on or can I just align them to the 12 o'clock position without removing them...like one might do with an old clock.

the proper way is remove them and put them in place where u want them to be but make sure u have the date rolling over if it has one before u put them at 12 but if there is no date it is even easier, also put the second hand at the same position , i have noticed some people dont and im so picky that bothers me i want the second to roll the minute hand over as exact as i can get it , lol
