Advancetec
I have a Tag Grand Carerra 36 Auto (bought from Josua a little over a year ago) that has stopped working suddenly. I noticed a weird sound when I shook the watch to wind it and saw a small screw bouncing around the clear back of the watch. Depending on where the screw would land inside, the watch would work or not. I opened the back and removed the screw. Also found a small metal stop that the screw went through that was loose in there as well. For the life of me I cannot find where it was screwed in. So the watch seemed to be fully working so I screwed the back on. Everything seems to work except for the crown will not screw back in after setting the time. I believe this screw and small metal piece must have something to do with it. Anybody have any ideas where this metal piece and screw go to fix the screw down crown? Or of any places that could repair in SW Florida? Or as a last resort a place I can mail it to for repair? I can send a pic of the 2 pieces that came loose if needed. Thanks
Advancetec
THat screw and the tab are movement holding tabs and screws they hold down the movt so it doesnt move freely in the case. Is that hard to fix? Do you do these repairs?
