UPO 42mm v5 jumps dates

When screwing in crown from the first position, the date forwards one or two days. After "playing" with it, the date will not change at all in the second position. I can change the time perfectly from the third position of the crown. Any clues as to the problem

probably sliding pinion position or the the date jumper has slipped off, either way easy repairs if you know your way around..
