Might be a bit low end for some of you guys but I recently got these Phiaton MS 200 buds and I love them. They are really flat across the range and have enough bass without drowning out the mids and highs.

I have Shure buds, and they are pretty solid. I've always liked the way they sound. I also have some Monster Inspirations for when I need noise cancelling. Also I have a pair of SkullCandys for when I'm on the bike.
