Forgot Position Of The Hands When I Took'em Off! How Do I Put Them Now Back On?

Hey,

Some days ago I started the Miyota-To-ETA transplantation project.

The thing is, i forgot the position of the hands when i took them off :(

How can I put them now back on correctly? Does anyone have an Idea what I could do next.

A thing that makes the things more complicated is the fact, that my ETA movement does not STOP when the crown is pulled :(

I appreciate any answers. thanx

Generally you should set the hands to 12 before removal but it seems you are swapping two different movements over, you could adjust the time till the date ticks over on the new one as that will be 12.

Edit... sorry I missed the bit about the movement not hacking, what type of ETA is it?

It's an ETA 2824-2. I took it from a cheap watch i purchased from ebay.
