Banging Sound? (Movement)

Gen 3717 makes normal ticking noise (like all automatics). The other day it was also making a constant slight "bell-like" noise in the background of the ticking. The sound kept going; when I checked again ~20 minutes later only the regular ticking noise remained.

 

I might have lightly banged the head of the watch against something, so I am concerned that I might have caused damage, even though the alien sound is now gone.
