watchguy7575 Posted May 12, 2013 Report Share Posted May 12, 2013 If its the 5002 rep, just take the caseback off (pliers in the holes or the duct tape method) will work, pull out the crown, and squeeze the tube with a set of pliers. Not too much, though, then you might break it. I just did this the other day. Looks perfect and runs like a champ. These V1's are great. If it is authentic, send it to IWC in Texas. You can go through any IWC retailer. IWC is funny about releasing parts to anyone who is outside of their own buildings and they wont stand behind anybody elses work. They are a real pain in the a$$.
