45mm PO QC pics ..Rate/AMP/BE?

My biggest question in regards to QC pics is what does Rate/AMP/BE mean? And what is optimum for those numbers?

Wow looks fantastic! Is it me or do the black bezel models have the most centered dot compared to the blue and pumpkin? I've yet to see a poorly center dot on a black bezel.
