AP Diver v3.5 vs. 3 ?

Hey,

I've been off the boards for awhile.  Can someone give me a quick run down of the improvements in the 3.5 as compared to the 3?  Also, I have heard that none of the modders out there can to a true to GEN relume of the inner bezel.  Can anyone weigh in on this? 

 

I have already pulled the trigger on a preworn v3 with all the modder bells a whistles including a low beat eta.  The only upgrade it doesn't have is a relume.

I believe the only main difference is the colorless cyclops of the V3.5 as improvement.

If you have gotten a fully modded and lume on inner bezel not relume, Goin seems to be the only modder attempting it at the moment.
