Super Avenger help

I am new to the Breitling world and a friend of mine wants a Super Avenger (huge wrists) with SS bracelet with a Blue dial. 

 

So the first issue I have read is that the blue dial is not very accurate for some reason.

 

I also do not understand how to tell if the 1 flagpole issue is fixed.

 

I also was lead to understand that one version has better lume and one has a better bracelet.

 

so I guess my question is which is the best version  so far noob or h factory again the SS bracelet is important and is it true that the blue dial is pretty much a no go.

Also which dealer would I be looking at as well. I live in the USA btw if that helps. Thanks so much. Have a great day.
