Pebble watch on eBay with IWC strap

Just missed this on eBay, was that a gen strap/deployment on this watch?  I find it hard to believe he'd sell it with the strap off his gen IWC, and also one off a B&R (which he butchered), but I guess stranger things have happened...

The deployant looks rep to me from the pic of the inner section. The current crop of rep deployants have that inner section partially polished and it looks terrible just like this one.
