Phong doesn't reply for e-mail the last week ?

Hey guys,

 

Short story, but I send some stuff to Phong (with very expensive Express shipping !).

 

He have received it the 4th October according to the tracking number.

 

I have asked him 4 times (1 time each day) if he received it the package, 3 answers from him and he never confirmed me anything...

 

The last reply I had was the 8th October... Since that date, I don't have any message from him.

 

I'm starting to be a bit worried, considering the stuff I sent to him (6240 case, x2 NOS P302 pushers, x1 NOS 7000 tube, x1 NOS 8000 tube)

 

I'm not used to be painful, but this is a lot of money, and I think it's not cool to at least don't tell me "your package is received, no problem"

 

 

Do anyone have some contact with him these days ?

 

Replies will be much appreciated

He replied in minutes.. Not sure why he hasn't returned your emails but I'll ask him to. He mentioned that since he's been back he has been working til midnight everyday to catch up.

Very strange he answered you in minutes...

 

I hope he didn't messed something with my package or it's contents...

 

Should I write to him again ?

 

BTW, I used the e-mail info@jewelryandwatch.com - maybe it's not the good one

So here is the reply, I think all is good just probably forgot to email you. :)

 

Looks good :) :) thanks again !!! I am more confident about my package now :)

 

But... Engraving... I don't send him the serial number... Because I also asked what kind of back case he have to choose the serial number accordingly  :g:

 

I just asked him by e-mail what back cases he have, because I don't want him to choose my S/N  :bangin:

I just checked my mail server (self-hosted), all the e-mail from him are OK, no trace of lost / blacklisted / rejected e-mail

 

So I just wait for an answer to tell him my serial number. I hope he will answer me, that's very strange he is "selecting" his customers for his replies...

 

Anyways, thanks again A., you saved my day from some unnecessary stress !!! :)

I kind of worked him by asking if it would be ok to send my project off this week, I knew he would respond to that, once he did I replied ok thanks and by the way did you get my friends parcel, so he answered. I guess he's quick to make sure he gets new work but slow to respond to you for work he already has.. Sorry to hear that but he was gone for a month and is prob super busy catching up. Don't worry, he's a champ

You are right, I bet he have a lot of work :-)

 

Now I know he have my parcel, I'm good !

 

I'll keep this thread updated once I will have an answer from him.

 

Already prepared my S/N for III.59 ;)

And final update to close this thread.

 

Phong had difficulties to receive my e-mails. Unfortunately it was impossible to me to discover it by myself

 

Now with another e-mail, his communication is - as always - very good.

 

And his products very good...  :clap2:

 

So no worries to have !
