So you want to put a cal 3186 with a gen dial into a rep ceramic case? Here is a solution:

You acquire a SA3135 V2 sub C. The case will take a gen 3135 and I'm fairly certain the 3186 will fit as well. Of course you would then have to replace the sub insert with a ceramic GMT insert. Not sure if the BP insert will into this case, but I'm guessing it will. Problem will be getting the insert off as the SA3135 has a permanently afixed bezel.
