suppster
Hello, I have bought a Rolex DateJust for a friend and the bracelet is too small to get over his hand. My dealer has quoted $10/link plus shipping and we have measured that he needs 10 extra links. Was the watch supplied with too few links? I have attached a picture, the DateJust is on the right and my Gen Tag on the left. Comparing to my gen Tag the strap is much smaller and when it is open the Tag bracelet is MUCH larger. $100+ for a $250 watch seems too much, what would people normally do in this situation? fraggle42
An extra 10 links? 10? The whole strap on this Omega I'm wearing has 15 links in it. In that picture you've taken, with the clasps closed (as they'd be when you are wearing them) they look approximately the same size. The divers extension on the one on the left is open, which'd give you an extra 2cm length or so.
