F.Castro Posted January 25, 2014 Report Share Posted January 25, 2014 Its not possible to use anything other then REK (and maximum is 10000SEK for insurance) I have heard nothing from Swedish Post..they are not very helpful (to say the least) You can insure REK letters up to 50.000sek call then and see. Onely way you are safe is if you insure it with a second part! Im sorry for your lose. Did you tell the swedish post what was in the parcel (you did i can imagen) If so then they know its jewerly (watch) and the insurens will not kick in! That way it's easier to spot issues and they usually cover up to a higher amount. Or to split up shipments.
