GMT crystal same spec as 16610 crystal?

Hope to get an answer of an expert. Basically I am offered a gen xtal of a pretty actual gmt. The seller is no expert and is not sure whether it fits my tc 16610 v6 or not. Moreover it comes without gasket. Does tc gasket work or do I need a gen aswell?
