Need help to identify differences between two models - 116610

Hi,

 

I am willing to get a Submariner 116610 (black, ceramic bezel). I gonna turn to the Noob v3 edition which is provided by some TD's.

Could you tell me if there is a difference between all the models which exist?

For instance, does it worth the deal to pay extra for the swiss mechanism or is the asian one enough? Are there any further difference between the cases?
