IWC Portofino won't wind. A2892 Movement

Hello,

 

I have had an IWC Portofino, from TrustyTime, with A2892 movement.  A few months ago the winder was not working and I hear a tick every time a try to wind the watch again.

 

If anyone has any helpful hints or know how I could fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
