neilrosscampbell
Hey guys only my second post here but was just looking to find out if anyone was selling a replica sub or could suggest a good model. I bought one from Iparadisiac but was disappointed. The magnification is less than 2.5 and the black on the bezel marks up easy. I reckon its a vinyl. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Neil
dovo1695
The question you've posed is a loaded one. Buying a good rep is quite a bit more complicated than just picking a watch model and plunking down a few hundred dollars. The good news is that you've already figured out how not to buy a Sub replica! If you want to learn how to buy an outstanding rep, here is the missing manual. http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/85981-hey-noobor-not-so-noobread-this-now/ It will walk you through how to select a rep, how to select a dealer, how to purchase, and the care and feeding of the rep after you've received it. Best of luck.

username here
Generally reps will fall into categories which greatly impact price. Best out of the box reps will be BK or TC but you will spend over $700 for a piece with a few gen parts. Basic rep with lots of flaws will cost around $300. Any of the dealers listed here can supply. Finally, a franken, which takes a rep and adds significant genuine parts will cost even more depending on the level of modification and the specific genuine parts used.
