Panerai 177 mod, slight custom build if poss

Not sure if this is possible but always worth asking.

I fancy a custom built watch, well something that I don't think I've see before and wondered if it was at all possible.

Case similair to the Pam 177, yet with not name on the dial, still including the sub seconds as 9.

Instead of the crown guard (famous Panerai style) but a crown similair to what the titanium Bretling Seawolf has (heavy duty style crown)

Solid case back, either manual wind or auto movement not fussed & ideally 100m water resistant.

Any help, info, if at possible to do and who to contact would be great.
