Day Phase (Sun-Moon Phase) with a smiling sun

I am so interested in finding a watch that has a day phase with a smiling sun. It really brightens my dad. It could be mens or women's please.

My favorite find (not on replica sites) is the universal geneve which I saw on Instagram. Any ideas? I saw iwc has some but not with a smile.
