I'm getting ready to buy but wanted to ask what the difference is between the PAM 111 beginner upgrade $175 vs the Noob V3 for $278 on torobravos. I' m assuming better quality? Also looks like torobravos doesn't send QC pics prior to purchase, that's ok? I know he is a trusted dealer but his site states no return or exchange, just a bit worried about that. thanks for everyone's help in advance with my newbie questions !
