Watchescoco.com is it a scam

"Wachescoco.com" appears to be a good site but seems like payment is not right. I tried dealing with them and get a message from a "Mike Liu". The paysite is "csreason@95epay.com" I would like to know any info on these listed "watchestrade.watch@gmail.com"
