I bought a gen ceramic insert and got a tracking number "ra597202276it" traveling from Italy to South Korea. Its been a 2 month story now. I couldnt even track the parcel from any website exist and the seller keeps telling me its already left his country so he has no guilty for that. Is there anyone can help me to track my item? Posted January 21, 2015 Report Share Posted January 21, 2015 A quick check with Posteitaliane: Same result with "aftership" tracking: I would recommend to contact seller and send you a photograph of the package with all the stickers, labels and numbers on it.
