I'm looking to spend roughly 170-200$ just for a first buy and plan on buying more later on for a wedding. I'm stuck between buying a hublot big bang black on black miyota 9015 or a BP rolex submariner 116610LN A2813. Both are from Ryan off of InTime. (links provided of both pieces). In my opinion You have 2 options: either the classic BP Seadweller 16600 model (very good, long time around) or the $148 white or black Explorer II Noob best edition, possibly the very best price offer for a good looking and recent release.
