hambone
I had this one in the box for awhile, and Elliots great sale on straps brought it out again. The lines on the 232 sure are clean.
hambone
The 232 just became available and I saw one at the Tourneau store. The dial is a deep tobacco brown and the dial on the rep is smoky black, you can see the difference looking closely but otherwise it is a good copy. When I got this watch it had a scratch on the dial and Andrew sent me a brand new watch to compensate however the replacement was DOA, which worked out as Andrew said to just keep it and use it for spare parts. What a great guy he is. What I would like to do is take the dial out, get it lumed and perhaps dyed dark brown. Is this feasible? I have not noticed it being done and would like to know opinions about this. Thanks.
