Help! Is this strap genuine?

I placed an offer on this strap and buckle and still haven't paid because I'm not sure if it's genuine or not. The seller claims he sourced it from the AP parts factory in Florida. What do you think?

Mate I've never heard of a AP parts factory in Florida , I've always sourced bands from an AD
