Sourcing genuine parts for a Montbrillant 01

Hi: I just acquired a Breitling Montbrillant 01 and would like to swap out the hands and the dial with genuine parts. Just starting my search so would welcome any guidance on the vendors/links where I might be able to get the parts. The model # to be precise is AB013012/G735-425X

Also, looking for input on qualified watch smith that will be able to get the swap completed as well as service the 7750 movement.
