New ebay listings with watch ppl in mind

It seems there is a new bot / group in China that is pumping out auction listings this weekend really fast for nice watches cheap.

I've seen 40 or so like this:

0 feedback is the key and a crazy price.

Not sure how they create new accounts every 5 minutes or so.
