Gen OP 114300 Replacement Bracelet and Buying Advice please.

Good morning everyone, 

After dabbling in the Rep scene, I decided to dip my toes in a Oyster perpetual 114300 39mm Gen. 

I wanted to replace its bracelet with a Rep bracelet to keep the gen Bracelet for special occasions.

 

Does the BP or JF bracelet fit the Gen??

 

Can I put it on a leather band with SEL and Rep Buckle?

 

Secondly, 

I ordered the watch from a AD since they didnt have it in stock, I paid for it and got a call 24 hrs later and I was told that it will take 6-8 weeks.....is this normal? I couldnt find it anywhere else. 

Do they actually order it for me or do they wait unless Rolex sends one to them with whatever stock they get in?

 

It is the newly relealed white 114300 OP 39mm.
