Big Pilot OEM Dial Restoration

I was wondering if a damaged dial could be restored back to its original state?

Here is a pic of it:

As you can see, some of the markers has been scratched off and damaged. Wonder if this dial could be saved....

of course it can be restaurated, but its probably expensive
