First Mod: Dial & Hands Swap On A Smp

Hi all,

Just ordered a gen dial & hands (h/m/s) for the SMP and also some precision screw drivers and a hand removing tool. This is going to be my first mod, so I can use some help.

I already studied The Zigmeister´s topic of removing the 2824-movement from the case. How do I proceed from here? Will the hands get out easily with the removing tool, how do I put the new ones in and in which order, what are the problems I can expect?
