Sunner Blue Sub

So I got a SS Summer Blue Sub a few days ago, I like the watch it's great but I have a question. The hour markers are bigger than on my black dial sub. Why is this and is thier a name for that dial with the bigger hour markers?

the use of fatter markers on the dial is usually referred to as the maxi dial

My first rep was a two tone blue sub. I need a new band for it I wore it so much. I don't know if it was because it was my first but it is still one of my favorites.
