bigpops
The clasp is held on with pins idendical to those in the bracelet links. There's one at each side, and they use a tube (same as the links) to secure the pins. Just remove them the same as you would a bracelet pin, but the PO has never been the easiest watch to resize. r11co
The best tool to use is the type with the adjustable plate to set the pin-hole height accurately, and the threaded pin-drift. Using pin punches and hammers etc. run the risk of shattering the pin or slipping and damaging the clasp. See By_Tor's review of the uPO for the tool I use for working with Omega bracelets. I've done a few now, including completely removing and dismantling a clasp to replace the spring, and it has never let me down.
