I ordered watches from both dealers a while ago and recently needed some replacement CG screws for a couple of Panerais. Both were willing to help me out (and did) even though the watch purchase was a couple of months ago. It is quite impressive (at least for me here in the States). So I wanted to thank each of them. this is nice my dealer whom i bought my pam from told me he can only offer me whole new CG for normal price plus shipping when I told him if he could help me out as i lost my cg screws
