After 3 people I know well stopped smoking and havent started for 1, 2, and 6 months, I had to try it. The best I can describe is, it makes the chemical dependency go away, but you still have the mental habit. You do certain things where it just seems natural to smoke,,,,driving, after a meal, etc. This is where the want to quit counts. It cost ~$120 for a month supply, which can be all you need, but some may need more. It's all in your head. Be strong and WANT to live longer, breath better, not kill you family and friends.
