I am impressed. After 3 people I know well stopped smoking and havent started for 1, 2, and 6 months, I had to try it.

The best I can describe is, it makes the chemical dependency go away, but you still have the mental habit. You do certain things where it just seems natural to smoke,,,,driving, after a meal, etc. This is where the want to quit counts.

It cost ~$120 for a month supply, which can be all you need, but some may need more. It's all in your head. Be strong and WANT to live longer, breath better, not kill you family and friends. Just use your head and you WILL prevail!

I'm a complete gym rat; I don't smoke myself but I know one or two people who are always struggling to quit and make it a while until something really stressful happens. I am going to tell them about it.
