Definitive crown fix for 4th gen PO?

I love the looks of my 4th gen PO. Good size for my 7.124764 inch wrist, and it's a COSC level timekeeper after a single regulation! The crown is something I would like to "upgrade" if possible. I have read several threads about homemade fixes with drilling and expoxy, and other things I am allergic to. Has anyone done a "definitive fix" to the 4th gen PO? If a Genuine stem/crown combo could be done for less than $100, I like the watch enough, I would be willing to go that way too! Thanks for your time guys
