Watch advice please

Well hopefully i will sell all my reps next week, gotta make myself vip soon so expect them on the trade zone. Noobmariner, bvlgari, and seatimer. all very cheap. Anyways i have been looking for a everyday wear, strong durable watch, a nice pam with swan neck, reliable movement, a great lume is a must, and on a budget 400 or lower. The other watch i would like is a BR with a bright bright lume. I have read they have not been the best but whoever has one can tell me if its true. If you could give me a help i would truly appreciate it, if you can toss me the dealer, better yet. Thanks guys
