Found a rolex gmt II in vietnam for $150

Well i am in my last day in vietnam and ran across a jewlery store that offer high quality reps (according to their words). The pricing here are a bit higher than our dealers. They wanted $300 for a breitling navitimer, Tag link chrono, Omega PO 4th gen... Then i saw a rolex gmt master II (black/red) combination and the price was $150. I could not get them to open the case back to see the movement unless i agree to buy the watch. should i go for it? They kept mentioned the movement is the same as the swiss rado movement, are they refering to swiss eta the our dealer offers? Any comments from our epxert here?
