Help Datewheel not working

hello all, i just recieved a tag chrono carrera from ruby. i attempted to adjust the datewheel in the appropriate manner as described by member, but it wont move, regardless of what position the crown is in ( date only or moving with time change)

what is wrong and what can be done. This watch is essentially perfect in all other ways

my tt navi u purchsed from her also has once issue, on reset of chrono, the 6 oclock hours needle goes back a little too much onto the 11, instead of 12
