Modding My WM 1675

I want to drill out the lug holes to the proper size and add more correct springbars. Are these a good choice and does anybody know a cheaper source?

I am also wanting to install a better crystal, from my understanding the WM variant is based on a 1680 case, so I am thinking a Tropic 127 should fit, but the crystal fits inside the rehaut area instad of outside like my 1665. It appears to be held in place with a pliable white ring instead of the retaining rings you usually see on the WM/MBW. I have test fitted a spare Tropic 39 superdome and it fits inside also, so wierd! Any ideas?

I have a couple of those, I just hesitate to comment.

Of all my MBWs, they impress me the least.

They are not made on a 1680 case. They bear no resemblance in construction to a real 1675.

I sent one to Ziggy and he sent it back.

The case appears to be a TW designed for a sapphire crystal. Perhaps you can get the T-127 to work but not sure how it would llook.

Thanks Jetsons, I really appreciate it. I couldn't figure out why they would use the double shoulder bars, I thought all vintage used the 2mm and your just confirmed it.

They are not the most durable if you have a habit of swapping bracelets frequently. They will work fine if installed and left alone but are cheap @ $1.98/pair, delivered. I noticed some dealers are buying 40-50 at as time...I wonder how much they resell them for.
