Where can I get a aftermarket solid 10k-18k Submariner Case?

I am in the market for a solid gold case for a submariner. It can be anywhere from 10k to 18k depending on the price that I can afford. I have a nice Daytona rep in real solid 18k YG and I am thinking about taking the band from it and making a nice blue submariner rep.

Anyone know a source for these? I know they exists because I have bought several over the years.
