How to remove bracelet from Carrera SS?

Does anyone know how to remove the bracelet from the Carrera SS? I'm planning to put a black croc strap on it.

Get a spring bar remover or pointed tool and pull back the sping bars and wiggle the link which attaches to the watch case and the bracelet will come off. I would advise that you leave the spring bars in the bracelet and use new spring bars. Why leave the sping bars in the bracelet? Experience has shown me that they may be slightly bent to keep the link close to the case and if you remove the spring bars you may have a fit problem when you go to put the bracelet back on. Spring bars are cheap and I think this watch (Carrera) uses 20mm spring bars if my memory is correct.

Thnx, TimeShare! Didn't know it was that easy......

Too bad the black croq didn't look that good. SS looks way better.

I located an OEM Tag Heuer perforated strap that was fitted to the case and a Tag Heuer Deploy and after all that work, like you I decided the SS bracelet looked the best.........oh well, one has to try these experiments, sometine they work!!
