VIPmariner Caseback Swap

Dukie

Recommended Posts

--I had this posted on other forums, with no real luck.

I know of a few different watches from different manufactures that use this Crappy style caseback.

And was wondering if anyone has found a more accurate Case back to fit the same treads. --

I'd like to see if I can find a replacement CaseBack for the VIPmariner.

I tried to swap a case back of andrew's sub and install it onto one of my VIPmariner and sash's sub with no luck.

More accurate style Caseback - Andrew's $188 sub 12.1g

VIPmariner - CaseBack 6.9g

From the mods I've done to a VIPmariner of mine swapping in a Andrew's Style CaseBack would bring the total weight of the sub to 136.2 grams

A little heavier then a gen Sub.

So if anyone has tried to swap out a VIPmariner Caseback's or would be willing to try.

maybe Noobmariner CaseBack?

I'd be very thankful for any Input!!! :D
