custom's issue.pls help

i have ordered a chanel j12 for my fiancee from a trusty dealer but it seems there are custom's problems.the courier services tnt called me and asked if it is original,where i bought it from if i have invoice etc.

so i want to know which dealers are located in european union and who have the j12 with this specs.

and if you are in Europe try for now to avoid ordering from CN... They are currently storing files in Eu... just a tips ....
