Misaligned hands on new igny.......easy fix?

My friend recieved a new watch and has a QC issue with it.....shocker right

The hands are not lined up properly....with the minute hand is on the hour the hour hand does not line up with a marker...

Is this just a matter of opening the case and moving the hands without taking them off with tweezers?

On the swiss ingy after you remove the case back is it hard to get the movement out? Getting the crown out hard?

I had similiar situation with my AMG Ingy. The best way is to send it back to have it replaced if you don't have the right tools and experiences... it can get messy for the 7750 movement.
